To be honest, at first I was so worried as to how to support them in every single aspects. From the food, to the shelter and all other stuff they need for us to survive here considering that prior to their arrival I already took my younger brother as well and was still looking for a job until they arrived safe. But the grace of God and through prayers HE granted all the things we need for us to successfully survive in the battle here.

Fast forward to this days, my younger brother got a job already in Dubai International Airport. Its an answered prayer! Another answered one was when my Brother got accepted for his dream job as a Nurse and his wife an Exchange Banker. Isn’t that overwhelming to think? Amazin’ isn’t it? Thanks God  for all his guidance and for all unending blessings. We owe it all from HIM.

As for now, I’m helping out my older brother to find the best deals on scrub tops as he needs it for his work and hopefully in the coming days everything well works it fine. Thanks to all who contributed prayers and to my beloved family who were always to support us all the way.

I’m so happy and glad that after two years of working abroad I got sometime to spend a month vacation with my family back home. I meet those olde friends before and relatives whom for the very first time in my whole life I meet them in the side of my Mom. They were all great and amazing.

As Christmas comes and exchange gifts happened feel something’s lacking and that was a gift for my Dad. I’ve actually forgot to buy him one though I bought him some imported shirts and branded shades but its not actually my gift for him. So, before I left home going back here in Abu Dhabi for work I promised him to buy a masonic jewelry the one he had before. But definitely it would be a different design already.

Probably, by the end of this month I’ll buy him one and send it through courier. Wish me luck guys!

What is Christmas? How you do you intend to celebrate this coming Christmas season? Well, a lot of us believes that Christmas is the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ in the name of the holy spirit through the sacred womb of Virgin Mary. Its the day our saviour was born. The day that God started to save us from the debts of sins.

This coming Christmas season, I intend to to celebrate my Chritmas with my beloved family back home. You hear it right! I’m going home for a month vacation. After a long wait the day of my vacation is almost over. I can’t to see them all and spend my Christmas and New Year celebration with them through giving gifts, exchanging cards and exchanging of thoughts.

But of course, before that day arrives I still have to look for some gift for them. Honestly, I’m a little bet exhasuted already looking for gifts. In a new work, experts at the University College London, in the UK, have linked exposure to tobacco smoke with psychological distress and risk of future psychiatric illness. They explain in a paper accompanying the findings that the harmful consequences of second-hand smoking (SHS) are much more extensive than previously thought, and that they go well beyond affecting just physical health.

The investigation was carried out on about 5,560 non-smoking adults, as well as on 2,689 smokers without history of mental illness. About 14.5 percent of adults in the study sample revealed symptoms of psychological distress, including those who never smoked. They also had elevated levels of cotinine in their saliva. “Mental ill health accounts for almost 20% of the burden of disease in the European Region and can affect one in four people at some time in their life. Our findings emphasize the importance of reducing SHS exposure at a population level, not only for the benefit of our physical health, but for our mental health as well,” Hamer says. The new data may be used for the creation of new public policies, analysts say, which could be aimed at reducing the incidence of SHS in the general population.
