A Message of Silver

Everyone of us has our past. Past that makes us who we are now! Past that keeps us moving despite the trails and hardships we been. For that, I sincerely dedicate this message to the person who touches my life and eventually complete me…

” The years that had gone by really did not matter. For I’ve never stopped loving you. Your hair may have turned to silver and you eyes turned to dull with age, it matters not ’cause I’ll still keep on loving you.

All those years I’ve cherished and immortalized you in my memory! It’s not actually obsession but reality, my love will stand the test of time. Distance is never a hindrance for me! To you I pledge my eternal love. You’re my world and the very life of me. You’re my joy and core of my existence without your love I might dead!

You made me laugh, live, and love. You lighted my life and gave meaning to it. You made me dream, hope and soar above and you even made me dance, sing, and jump with joy. How can I not love you for you that? You are my all. They say love moves mountains but I say love grows from a speck of dust to mountain and love penetrates through the hardest rock it’s strong enduring a fortress.”

I know you have your life now but just allow me to say what I feel. Loving you is the best thing that happened to me. I don’t know how long I’ll love you! I keep on dreaming most often that hopefully one of this days you’ll come back to me. But I guess, life is quite different now. But no matter what happened I’m still here! Loving you tell the end and living this silver bars for you in behalf of my everlasting love.

Health Info: Avoid Over Eating!

Posted by admin | Web Health Wellness | Saturday 17 October 2009 4:44 pm

It is a fact that overeating is one of the main factors responsible for the rising number of obese or overweight people. Most of the times, we’re not even aware we’re doing it, since our body has become accustomed to larger and larger intakes of food.

* Sharing dinner with a friend or a partner would come extremely in handy because a single restaurant dish can contain as many as four servings. In fact, most of us clean our plates in almost no time, which means that we’re eating larger portions than we should.
* Order just one single dish that you can shared with someone else. If we’re alone, then we should skip the main course and just order two or three appetizers instead.
* Same goes for drinks, as here too sizes can differ. So, before ordering a soda or cola, we should ask to see the containers to make a comparison. Recent study shows that many fast-food chains have inflated their ‘small’ drinks from 12 to 16 ounces; as a result, diners take in about 45 more calories. When you place your next order, ask to see the cup sizes before making a choice.
* Single out trigger foods. For instance, if you’re a snack person who could easily down half a box of chocolates in one sitting, buy individual-serving packs, or divide a larger pack into smaller portions yourself. This should prevent you from overindulging in your favorite snack, while also allowing you to enjoy it every once in a while.

My Best Friends Wedding

Posted by admin | Web Personal | Saturday 10 October 2009 2:10 pm

Yikes! One of my closest friend back in college days is getting married soon. You hear it right! Just a couple of days ago. I was wondering who was this guy sending me a message in my one of my social networking account. I don’t really had an idea was him. When I opened the message I was really shock! I couldn’t believe that it was my best friend back in college (Note: during our college days I keep on inviting him to make an account in the said networking site but he keep on telling me that his not interested. So, I never compromised with that! ). And now, here he go! He sent me a message with a shocking news that his getting married by this coming 10th of November in this present year. Though he was on the right age to get married as I am too but I just couldn’t believed that he’s getting married. And the lucky girl is his longtime girlfiend back in high school. Really sweet!

Due to that very reason, he was expecting me to come home for his wedding but to bad ’cause I won’t be able to do so. As I am already took my local leave here in Abu Dhabi by this coming 18th of October. If I only knew earlier prior to his message then probably I can attend but it’s not possible anymore. So, I told him that instead of going home since it won’t be possible for me. I volunteer to sponsor his wedding invitations and by next week I’ll send it to him already. As I already request it from one of the wedding coordinators here in Abu Dhabi. She was actually my friend too who was working in one of the wedding specialist store. So, worry no more!

I actually feel bad ’cause I can’t attend the wedding of my best friend but I can’t risk my job just for the sake of the said wedding. So, whether or not, I won’t come home just for the said event. But at least I sponsor one of my friends need to fulfill his wedding day. Wish you luck bro!
